As we were looking out a southern window of our house, we saw about 10 wild turkeys fly fro msomwhere over the roof of our (1-storey ranch) house to about 200 yards away before landing. Then they walked into nearby woods. It was really great to see. They really are large.

Walking near Cove Camp ground in Center Conway. A loud rustling in the woods,a sudden pounding stir of flight produced a sighting of three flying wild turkeys that later perched high on the tree tops.
